Ricetta :
500 gr. di farina
250 ml. acqua
5 gr. Lievito di birra
150 zucchero
200 gr. Burro
un pizzico di sale.
Preparare impasto con farina, un pizzico di sale, due cucchiai di zucchero, aggiungere l'acqua tiepida in cui è stato fatto sciogliere il lievito.
Impastare fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio , mettere a lievitare per 2 ore.
Riprendere l'impasto e aggiungere il burro a pezzetti e morbido,impastare fino ad ottenere una pasta molto morbida lasciare lievitare ancora per 1 ora
Nel frattempo preriscaldare il forno a 180° ventilato.
Prendere l'impasto e iniziare a fare bastoncini lunghi più o meno 10 cm.
